Website designs for CA firms and tax consultants

Clients choose an accountant they can trust with their numbers, and they often check the firm online after a referral. A quiet, professional website that lists your services, your team and the documents you need saves both sides time during return season.

What a ca firm website needs

  1. Services in plain words

Income tax returns, GST registration and returns, audit, company and LLP work, TDS, accounting. One line on what each includes.

  2. Partners and qualifications

Names, qualifications and membership details of the partners, with areas of work.

  3. Due-date calendar

The main monthly and yearly due dates. Clients come back to check them, which keeps your firm in mind.

  4. Document checklist

What a salaried person, a business or a new company should bring. Cuts down back-and-forth.

  5. Office address and hours

Timings, map link, and when you are open on Saturdays in return season.

  6. Secure way to send documents

A note on how clients should share files (for example your own email or a shared folder), and a reminder never to send passwords on WhatsApp.

Tips before you go live

  • ICAI has guidelines for members' websites. Keep the site informative: services, team, qualifications and contact details. Leave out client names, testimonials and claims of being the best, and check the current ICAI website guidelines before going live.
  • A due-date calendar must be kept current. If you cannot update it, show only the dates that never move and link to the official portals.
  • Use the firm name exactly as registered, the same on the website, letterhead and Google.

Questions

Is a CA allowed to have a website?

Yes. ICAI permits members and firms to have websites, within its guidelines on content. The design follows that style: facts, no testimonials, no advertising claims.

Can clients upload documents on the website?

Not in the basic design, because files with PAN and bank details need careful handling. The site explains how to send them to you safely instead.

Can the website be in Hindi or Punjabi too?

Yes. A second language can be added with a switch at the top of every page.

Which platform is the website made for?

Every design is made for Blogger only, Google’s free website platform. It is not for WordPress, Wix or any other platform. You need a free Google account and a Blogger blog (we can set it up with you). There is no hosting bill, you can change text, prices and photos yourself from the Blogger dashboard, and your own domain name can be connected to it.
