Website designs for hotels and homestays

Guests find you on booking apps, then look for your own website to see real photos, check the rules and often to book directly. A website with your rooms, tariffs, house rules and a direct booking button builds trust and saves you commission on every direct booking.

What a hotel website needs

  1. Rooms and tariffs

Each room type with photos, beds, guests allowed, amenities and price per night (with the season).

  2. Direct booking enquiry

Dates, guests and room type sent to your WhatsApp, so you confirm availability.

  3. Photo gallery

Rooms, bathrooms, view, food and common areas. Guests look at every photo.

  4. House rules and policies

Check-in and check-out times, ID needed, couples, pets, cancellations and refunds.

  5. Food and experiences

Meals included, kitchen, local sightseeing and taxi help.

  6. How to reach

From the nearest railway station, bus stand and airport, with a map link.

Tips before you go live

  • Guests must show ID at check-in, and for foreign guests hotels and homestays submit Form C to the immigration authorities (FRRO) within 24 hours. Mention the ID rule on the website so guests come prepared.
  • Many states run homestay or bed-and-breakfast registration schemes. Show your registration if you have one; it reassures guests.
  • Keep tariffs and photos the same as on booking apps. Guests compare, and differences cause doubt.

Questions

Can guests book and pay on the website?

The design sends a booking request to your WhatsApp and you confirm and take an advance by UPI. A booking engine can be added later if you need one.

Can I show seasonal prices?

Yes. The room cards can show a normal and a peak-season price.

Can the site be in Hindi too?

Yes. A language switch can be added.

Which platform is the website made for?

Every design is made for Blogger only, Google’s free website platform. It is not for WordPress, Wix or any other platform. You need a free Google account and a Blogger blog (we can set it up with you). There is no hosting bill, you can change text, prices and photos yourself from the Blogger dashboard, and your own domain name can be connected to it.
