Tips before you go live
- Use the same shop name and phone number as on your Google Business Profile, so Google trusts both.
- Take photos of your actual shelves in daylight. Real photos of a clean shop build more trust than stock pictures.
- Keep the product list short at first: the 40 items people buy every week matter more than 400 they rarely look for.
Questions
Can customers place orders on the website?
Yes. The usual way for a kirana store is a WhatsApp order button: the customer sends the list, you confirm the total and delivery time. A full online cart with payment can be added later if you need it.
Can I change prices myself?
Yes. The website runs on Blogger, so you can change prices from the Blogger dashboard, and we show you how. Or send the new prices on WhatsApp and they are updated for you.
Do I need my own domain name?
It is better for trust (for example yourshopname.in). A domain costs a few hundred rupees a year from any registrar; with the full set-up we arrange it for you.
Which platform is the website made for?

You need a free Google account and a Blogger blog (we can set it up with you).
