Website designs for coaching centres

Students and parents compare coaching centres carefully: courses, batch timings, fees, faculty and refunds. Since 2024 there are also national guidelines on what coaching centres may promise. A clear, honest website wins trust and keeps you on the right side of them.

What a coaching centre website needs

  1. Courses and batches

Exam, class or skill, batch size, start dates and timings in a simple table.

  2. Fees and refund policy

Course fees, instalments and how refunds work if a student leaves. The 2024 guidelines expect fees and refunds to be clear.

  3. Faculty

Teachers with real qualifications and experience.

  4. Free demo class

A form to book a demo, with date and course.

  5. Study material and tests

Notes, test series, doubt classes, online support.

  6. Location, facilities and safety

Address, timings, classroom facilities, and how you support students' wellbeing.

Tips before you go live

  • Do not promise ranks, marks, "100% selection" or jobs. The Central Consumer Protection Authority's coaching advertisement guidelines (November 2024) treat these as misleading.
  • If you show toppers, show only with their written consent, and say clearly which course they took and whether it was paid. Check the current CCPA guidelines before publishing results.
  • The Education Ministry's 2024 guidelines ask states to register coaching centres and set rules such as the minimum age of students. Check your state's rules and show your registration if your state requires one.

Questions

Can I show my students' results?

Yes, carefully: real results with the student's consent and the course they actually took, as the 2024 consumer guidelines require. The design has a plain results table instead of big claims.

Can students register for a demo class online?

Yes. The form sends the student's name, class and course to your WhatsApp.

Can I post batch announcements?

Yes. Announcements are posts you write from the Blogger dashboard.

Which platform is the website made for?

Every design is made for Blogger only, Google’s free website platform. It is not for WordPress, Wix or any other platform. You need a free Google account and a Blogger blog (we can set it up with you). There is no hosting bill, you can change text, prices and photos yourself from the Blogger dashboard, and your own domain name can be connected to it.
